George Tomlin grew up in England, New Zealand and Australia, where he was twice awarded best up-and-coming chef. He moved from there to London, where he dove deep into the natural wine scene and further honed his cooking skills. With his work at Zurich's Silex (since 2021), he is making an important contribution to the city's culinary reputation.
