Andreas Bolliger

Chef de Cuisine Restaurant Rechberg 1837

Andreas Bolliger, a young chef with talent and passion, began his culinary career in a retirement home, but soon after he had the opportunity to hone his skills at Zurich's Dolder Grand. From there he moved on to Bad Ragaz, where he helped open the "Verve by Sven" under the management of Sven Wassmer. This was followed by two and a half instructive and intensive years at Sven's side at "Memories", which today boasts three Michelin stars. Since this year, he is co-chef at Restaurant Rechberg, known for its ambitious regional cuisine.
