Susanne Vögeli

Fermentista

Opened her own cooking school in Aarau in 1994 and has been exploring the fascinating diversity of our food in her own studio since 2018. Drawing from cultural contexts, she has also always been intensively involved with fermentation, giving workshops in this field and developing recipes. She is the editor of the Swiss cookbook classic "Fülscher" and the anniversary edition "Fülscher heute" published in 2022.
