Franziska Wick is a certified food fermentation specialist who has taught over 1000 students in the last four years. In her company Wild Pulse she conducts fermentation courses in Switzerland for hobby cooks, professional chefs, and companies and organizations. Her German online courses are distributed through 7hauben, an online cooking course platform for top chefs and experts. On her own course platform, people can learn fermentation in longer, English e-learning courses. Franziska is also the founder and current program curator of the Swiss Fermentista Festival.
