Caterina Ravano studied textile design and then became a chef, lived in Antwerp for 7 years, where she opened the vegan restaurant Wild Project in 2016. Took over a farm in Italy in November of 2021 - together with her partner Segundo she moved to Lavagna in the Liguria region. The project focuses on sustainable cooking and farming, and on ancient crafts in a symbiotic relationship with nature.
