Why is a healthy soil important and how exactly does regenerative agriculture work?
In this panel discussion, Alex will introduce the topic and, together with Marcel, explain the conversion to regenerative agriculture based on the Las Sorts farm in the Albula Valley. Furthermore, the motivation, challenges, possibilities, and limits of such projects will be discussed on the basis of Claudio's initiative "Climate-neutral agriculture Graubünden". The event is aimed at anyone who wants to understand what regenerative agriculture is and why we need it, as well as anyone who is involved in any way in the transformation to sustainable food production and healthy nutrition in Switzerland.
