Feeding the Future: System change instead of climate change

Swiss people are not aware of the enormous environmental impact of their diet. They prioritize pleasure and personal well-being when it comes to eating. However, our food system significantly contributes to global warming, biodiversity loss, and the destruction of the planet. The urgently needed transformation of the food system has already begun. Groundbreaking changes are taking place in production, trade, and consumer behavior. Agroecology, alternative proteins, the creator economy, and activist consumption are some of them. Those who recognize these opportunities first and bravely move forward will be tomorrow's winners.
