Sarah Wiener

The German-Austrian who became well-known through television and numerous books began her career as a self-taught chef, later founding a film catering company and running her own restaurants, as well as a still-operating organic wood-fired bakery. In 2007, she founded her own foundation to teach children about cooking and the connections between their health and nutrition. Through her work with natural products, Wiener became attuned to various issues and became involved in foundations and initiatives, such as serving as the patron of the "Save Our Soils" campaign. From 2019 to 2024, Sarah Wiener held a seat in the European Parliament for the Austrian Greens and now plans to focus more on her foundation and media activities.
