The Bernese culinary artist Norman Hunziker is a trained confectioner and cook. He has participated in numerous professional championships, achieving great results thanks to his precise work and his courage to take creative risks. He served as captain of the Swiss Junior National Team at the Culinary Olympics and, because he also travels as a private chef, has had the pleasure of cooking for numerous celebs.
