NOOS

NOOS is a handmade Tessin walnut liqueur, a Nocino. In a mystical night around the summer solstice, the walnuts needed for its production, still unripe at that time, are picked barefoot by women. Hand-cut, the walnuts are then infused with various spices and Swiss sugar in the finest Tessin grappa and exposed to the elements for 40 nights for maceration. As the legend goes, that's exactly how we do it. With NOOS, we have captured the essence of that night in this bottle.
