Mein Schwein+KURO

The breeding of black KURO pigs dates back several hundred years. They belong to the English Berkshire breed, one of the oldest surviving pig breeds, making them the "dinosaurs" among pigs. KURO pigs live outdoors all year round. They are very resilient, and their natural upbringing requires ample space and time. It's worth it, as the animals are healthy and produce meat of exceptionally high quality. The meat is considered the best pork in the world. It tastes fantastic and is very juicy. In Japan, it is compared to Kobe beef and goes by the name KUROBUTA. The extensive grazing and our breeding methods give the meat excellent marbling.
