The 37-year-old top chef James Baron has made a name for himself in the international gourmet scene in recent years. Most recently, he was Chef de Cuisine at the two-star Landmark Mandarin Oriental restaurant in Hong Kong. Before that, the Briton had already cooked with Didier Decourten in Sierre and with Andreas Caminada at "Schloss Schauenstein". Later, he worked as head chef at the "Hotel Tannenhof" in St. Anton am Arlberg, Austria, where he also met his wife Natacha and was awarded 18 GM points.
