Cédric Besson and his wife Nadine Strasser took over their parents' farm in Uhwiesen in the Zurich Weinland region in 2005. The two met and fell in love while studying oenology in Changins. They worked according to biodynamic principles from the outset, and have been Demeter certified since 2012. Their success has proven their choice right: their wines are among the finest in the whole of Switzerland, and the healthy soils of their impeccable vineyards demonstrate the best of what biodynamics can achieve. With his wealth of experience in the vineyard and cellar, and the knowledge gained from his studies, Cédric is the ideal candidate for our “all natural” masterclass.
