Sustainability expert with a focus on food and retailing
Anna Peters is a long-standing expert in sustainable business, with a focus on food and retailing. From 2017 to 2024, she was Project Manager Sustainability at Migros. In this role, she supported Migros companies in the implementation of social and environmental sustainability services. Her focus was on climate, water and biodiversity. Previously, she worked as a consultant for the Berlin-based consulting institute endeva, where she supported companies and politicians in the implementation and promotion of socially and environmentally responsible business models in countries affected by poverty. She was also project manager for corporate responsibility at the German Bertelsmann Foundation. In this role, she implemented various projects with companies, politics and civil society. Anna is the author of various studies and publications on corporate social responsibility. In her free time, she is involved in one of the last neighborhood farms in Zurich and explores renaturation projects within and outside of Switzerland.
