Soil to Soul Lisbon 2023
On May 5th, the Soil to Soul movement traveled to Portugal. On the topic of "Our Soil," we met in Manja in Lisbon. The guests were welcomed by Thomas Sterchi, initiator of Soil to Soul, Joao Maria Aranha Grilo, President of Alandroal, and Paulo Amado, founder of Edições do Gosto. Local chefs treated the guests to delicious dishes made from Terramay products, while experts illuminated the importance of our soil and its connection to sustainable and responsible nutrition through lectures.
It was an inspiring, entertaining, and educational day that showed us that we all, regardless of professions, cultures, and languages, agree: "You are what you eat!"
