The current ‘Meat Designer’ once worked as a business economist in the fashion industry. But in 2019, she returned to her roots in Graubünden, following the call of homesickness and freedom. Since then, she has single-handedly turned the image of Swiss sausage from its head to its feet from Reichenau and is celebrating great success with her products. In doing so, she has consistently paid attention to animal welfare and avoided the use of additives.
