Sophia Hoffmann is a chef, author, and restaurateur based in Berlin. She is committed to climate action, sustainability, and feminism, and also works as a speaker and consultant. Known for her zero-waste approach and feminist perspective in the culinary world, she combines taste, values, and activism on a single platethrough her books, public work, and her Berlin restaurant HAPPA. Her work has gained international recognition from institutions such as the James Beard Foundation, and in 2025, HAPPA was named one of the 50 best vegan restaurants in Germany by Schlemmer Atlas.
