Ruhe is a project by Alina Birjuk and Céline Müller, two multidisciplinary designers with a passion for local craftsmanship and authentic food creation.
As part of Ruhe, the two visit and document so-called food Artisans – from farmers and producers to restaurateurs – who grow, produce, and process food in harmony with nature. Through direct insights into their daily work and the telling of their stories, the origins of our food are made more visible.
