Reto Dahinden has been the CEO of the SWICA Health Organisation since 2012. After completing his studies at the University of St. Gallen, where he earned a Doctorate in Economics (Dr. oec. HSG), he gained his first professional experience at SwissRe. He then moved to the health insurer CSS, where he worked for twelve years, the last nine of which he served as Head of the Corporate Division for Benefits and as a member of the Executive Board. Reto Dahinden is a board member of santésuisse, tarifsuisse, SASIS, and Medbase. He is also a board member of the Swiss Insurance Association (SVV) and the Swiss Society for Marketing (GfM).
