John Jezewski & Christian Brangenfeldt: The duo behind the Villa Hundert concept are avid snowboarders who originally met in Stockholm. John began his culinary journey at the age of 14 in Sweden. 2018 he moved to Engelberg, where he spent an intense season between snowboarding and working in the kitchen. When help was needed in the kitchen, John called on his friend Christian for assistance. In 2022 John and Christian discovered the charming Villa-Hundert, surrounded by nature and mountains, it was the perfect place for them to explore and create. It was a dream come true for the two Swedes.
