Dominik Huber is a pioneering advocate of 'terroirism,' and runs the winery named self-explanatorilyTerroir al Límit in the neighbouring Priorat region. Inspired by the Burgundian approach to terroir, the goal of Terroir al Límit is to discover unique locations in Priorat and to reproduce their essence as authentically as possible in each bottle.
