Originally from England, Amanda Wassmer-Bulgin is responsible for the beverage strategy at the three-star restaurant Sven Wassmer Memories (Bad Ragaz), where she perfectly complements her husband’s dishes and, together with her team, sets new standards for contemporary hospitality at the highest level. Additionally, she has focused on inclusive fine dining and alcohol-free pairings and experiences as a lecturer and international judge for over ten years. The wine academician has worked for London’s Harrods, Decanter wine magazine, and leading restaurants both in Switzerland and abroad. She was named Switzerland’s Best Sommelier in 2022 and 2017 and was listed among the top 25 most important wine personalities in Switzerland by Vinum magazine.
