Foraging wild plants and mushrooms has been part of Dominik’s life since childhood, growing up in the Muota Valley. After training as an electrical engineer (and playing plenty of handball), his passion for nutrition and health led him back to the traditional arts of foraging and botany. Today, he shares his expertise in wild plants, mushrooms, and medicinal herbs, inviting others to rediscover the nature right on their doorstep.
