To round off this year’s edition of Soil to Soul, we celebrate the craftsmanship of the next generation. Michaela Frank – at 29, the youngest chef in Switzerland ever to receive a Gault Millau award – invites guests to an evening of refined contrasts and bold, clear flavours, together with Raban Jacoby (Bom e Belli) and Lisa-Maria Oestreich (Nasch Bar).
Raised between Nussbaumen in Aargau and Shanghai, Michaela combines precise techniques with modern ideas, sustainable cuisine, and surprising flavour experiences. Join us as we experience the calm, confident, and forward-looking cuisine of Michaela and her team – and look ahead together to the next edition of the symposium in 2026.

Included in the ticket price: 4-course menu including wine pairing, water and coffee (non-alcoholic beverage pairing available).
