Since the emergence of natural wine, there has been an ongoing debate about its definition and benefits. After years of discussion and many disillusioned enthusiasts who initially showed interest, natural wine seems to have gradually become more central to the wine industry. This shift is partly due to producers now focusing more on clean production methods and clearer oenological [the study of wine] concepts.
