Garum – the essence of the moment

Even the ancient Romans swore by it, and under the name of Prik Nam Pla, it has since conquered the world: fish sauce, oyster sauce, or as it was called in Latin, garum. High-end cuisine has long rediscovered the potential of this ferment made from salt and fish (byproducts). In this gourmet event, the initiators of re.garum will demonstrate their work and how amazing their products taste. It's a must for culinary nerds or curious chefs.
