Brennnessel Lindau is a young, passionate agricultural project focused on organic vegetable farming. Spread across seven hectares of land, they combine market gardening with regenerative farming methods to ensure a diverse and sustainable harvest – all with great care and craftsmanship. Their vegetables are sold directly, including through a vegetable subscription and at the weekly market in Pfäffikon ZH. -
Fromagerie des Reussilles SA

The Fromagerie des Reussilles offers a variety of regional products. The focus is on producing high-quality cheese from good milk, where traditional methods and manual labor play an important role. The Fromagerie's store is located next to the production facilities, which enables the direct sale of their products. -
Idea Salentina
Mozzarella
Idea Salentina means «Idea from Salento», the southern tip of Puglia. Even as a child, Roberto De Matteis loved the fresh mozzarella from this region. This passion has never left him. His heart beats for craftsmanship, high quality, local production and the incomparable taste. The milk used in his dairy comes from the surrounding area. He personally chooses his producers - he is very particular about how the animal has been treated, what it has eaten and what breed it is. -
Swissnuss
Wallnuts
This cooperative of farmers from the cantons of Graubünden, St. Gallen and Lucerne produces, cracks and sorts Swiss walnuts. Its unique cracking facility and modern optical sorting system guarantee the high quality of its products. Swiss Nuss focuses on short transport routes, preserving the cultural landscape and promoting biodiversity. -

Since 1976, Lehmans Bakery has been using only high-quality organic ingredients. They bake their bread and pastries according to old artisan traditions, with a modern spirit and great passion. And the wholemeal flour they use is freshly ground every day. Maintaining an open dialogue with their producers is of paramount importance to them. -
Forellen Glauser
Fish
It takes 2 to 3 years from egg to table trout. The Glauser family raises the fish for this long in the Bachsertal valley in Zurich. They also sell other fish from Lake Zurich and delicacies from their own smokehouse. To ensure the best quality, they started breeding their trout according to Bio Suisse guidelines back in 2001. -
Braukunst
Beer
Their beers are brewed in Bern's Galgenfeld district with great passion for the cult drink itself and at least as much enthusiasm for the craft. In addition to the various classics, they also offer a selection of beer specialities. Braukunst values local ingredients in order to shorten transport routes and support local agriculture. -
SlowGrow GmbH

SlowGrow is a pioneer in regenerative agriculture in eastern Switzerland. It pursues a holistic approach and aims to improve soil fertility and promote biodiversity in the long term. A key component of its farming methods is mosaic farming, where different crops are grown in a complex system. -

Since 2017, Koa has been producing high-quality cocoa fruit juice from previously unused cocoa pulp. This helps reduce food waste by up to 40%, increases the income of cocoa farmers, and creates new jobs in rural areas of Ghana. Through their partnership with Koa, farmers gain valuable knowledge and receive payment on the same day of production -

The Schüpfenried organic farm in Bern's Uettligen offers a living and working community, apprenticeships, a farm shop and a farm restaurant. For over 30 years, Roland and Karin Lenz have been passionately managing Switzerland’s largest biodynamic winery. They focus on sustainable practices, fungus-resistant grape varieties (PIWIs), and mixed cultivation to support biodiversity. Their commitment has earned them numerous awards, including being named 'Organic Winemakers of the Year.' -

Harvested starting in October and reaching Switzerland by December, this fresh organic olive oil comes from 80 trees that surround a small house in the Greek village of Lachanada. Since 2017, it’s been making its way to Central Europe each year. Eva und Koni also work with a trusted local producer whose olive oil is prized for its exceptionally high polyphenol content. -

EggField is a Zurich-based food tech start-up that develops plant-based egg alternatives for the food industry and gastronomy sector. Its products are made from natural ingredients such as aquafaba derived from legumes and are free from soy and artificial additives. They offer the functional properties of eggs—such as binding, foaming, and emulsifying—in a sustainable and allergen-free form. -
Metzgerei Zanetti

Metzgerei Zanetti is a traditional family-run business from the Puschlav region with a history spanning over 100 years. The company specializes in regional meat and game-meat delicacies. Sourced from the highlands of Poschiavo, their products reflect natural freshness and artisanal quality. These are crafted in a modern production facility in Ramosch, using time-honored recipes and ingredients supplied by local farmers and hunters. Their game specialties and the renowned Mortadella di Poschiavo are especially popular. Zanetti is also an active member of the graubündenVIVA network, which represents the finest culinary products of the region. -

Soy sauce
Founded in Basel in 2018, this unique Swiss brewery—led by microbiologist Caroline Kulangara and her husband—crafts soy sauces using traditional Japanese Koji fermentation with organic Swiss ingredients. Steamed soybeans and roasted wheat are inoculated with Aspergillus oryzae to create koji, which then ferments slowly in brine for over a year, developing a delicate balance of sweetness, saltiness, bitterness, acidity, and umami. Their dedication to quality and craftsmanship results in a soy sauce that embodies both scientific precision and a deep love for Japanese culinary tradition. -

PureTaste is an innovative fermentation manufactory based in Basel, founded in 2017 by Matteo Leoni and Petra Körner. They specialize in refining regional organic ingredients through fermentation, without using artificial preservatives or flavor additives. Their range includes vegan charcuterie, kimchi, fermented seasonings, and vinegars. PureTaste combines traditional fermentation techniques with modern culinary approaches, emphasizing sustainability and reducing food waste. -
TUYU TOFU
Tofu, kongbizi, soy milk
TUYU TOFU is a Basel-based tofu producer founded in 2020 by Jinhee Park from South Korea, her husband Thomas Heiber, and his sister Marlene Labhart. They craft high-quality organic tofu using Swiss soybeans, with a strong focus on sustainability and local ingredients. In addition to traditional tofu varieties, they offer silken tofu, smoked tofu, kongbizi (soy pulp), and homemade soy milk. Their products are available in reusable containers to minimize waste. -

Hoch-Reinhard Nursery in Fischingen, Germany, is a family-run business with a long-standing tradition, now in its third generation. The company has been committed to organic farming since 1979. Across approximately 50 hectares of open fields, as well as in modern greenhouses and polytunnels, an impressive variety of crops is cultivated. A dedicated team of 60 to 80 employees ensures that fresh produce is available at local weekly markets, in the farm shop, and through a subscription service — also available to customers in nearby Switzerland. -

Jürg and his team grow strawberries and cherries, among other things, and are expanding their offering with several truffle plantations that allow for the cultivation of six different truffle varieties. They've also converted part of their farmland into species-rich wildflower meadows to provide safe habitats for small animals, insects, birds, and wildlife. -
